This project is designed to implement new technology in conjunction with the proposed National Sex Offender Registry to include dynamic mapping solutions to chart sex offenders with relation to a specific location that can be entered into a search form.

The Safe Schools project will also include security and safety initiatives for schools to include security cameras, door buzzer systems and even national legislative initiatives to make a standardized advanced warning emergency lockdown procedure.

For now, USICT will distribute these sex offender packets to local schools in Jeffersontown, Kentucky in the Fall of 2005 which will be funded by the Jefferson County Medical Society and Purnell Sausage company.
