Please read the following disclosure statement before you submit your online complaint with the USICT.

You must understand that providing false information could make you subject to the commission of a crime should an official crime report be initiated on your behalf from a Law Enforcement agency; which could subject you to a fine, imprisonment, or both.  Furthermore, you must acknowledge that under penalty of perjury, that the information contained within this online complaint must be true and factual to the best of your knowledge.

You must acknowledge that The USICT is a non-governmental victim advocate agency and does not investigate any of the criminal complaints made on this site.  The USICT merely acts as an advocate to the consumer by forwarding a copy of the complaint to a local law enforcement agency in the jurisdiction or venue where the suspect resides (within the United States only).  Furthermore, the USICT does not warrant or guarantee that any complaint filed with the online complaint system will result in an official investigation by any Law Enforcement agency or organization and that it is at the sole discretion of the Law Enforcement agency to initiate any such case.

Initiating a complaint with The USICT in no way serves as notification to any creditors to whom you may be financially liable to for any monetary or other losses incurred as a result of the activity to which you are reporting as a victim with the online complaint system.  It is still your responsibility to contact your credit card company, bank, and or any other company that you may still be financially or otherwise liable to.
